Hi mama,
We’re revisiting one of our most popular episodes - enjoy this replay!
In this episode, I’m sharing a reminder that I think every Christian stay-at-home mom needs to hear: God did not create us to run on empty.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or like something is missing, even though you love your family and your life, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there too, and in this episode, I’m walking you through what might really be going on.
I talk about what it actually means to put yourself first in a way that honors God and not from a place of selfishness, but from stewardship. Because when we take care of ourselves, we’re able to better serve the people God has placed in our lives.
I’m also sharing with you to something I created called the Happiness Scorecard. It’s a simple tool to help you reflect on the 9 key areas of your life that impact your joy, like your spiritual health, mental and physical well-being, marriage, parenting, and more.
If you’ve been pouring into everyone else but feel like your own cup is empty, this episode is your invitation to pause, reflect, and start filling it again.
You are more than “just a mom” - you are a woman created with purpose.

Hi mama,
This is a replay of one of my most downloaded episodes because the message is still so important.
For years, I struggled with knowing my purpose. I tried different things, questioned myself, and often felt frustrated and stuck. It wasn’t until I started leaning into what God was showing me that things began to change. When you start walking in the direction God is leading you, there is a peace and fulfillment that comes with it, even if life isn’t perfect.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing some of my personal journey and 3 things you can start doing today to begin discovering your purpose as a Christian stay-at-home mom.
If you’ve ever felt lost, discouraged, or unsure about what God is calling you to do in this season, this conversation is for you.
In this episode we talk about:
- Why purpose often becomes clearer through action
- How to recognize when something isn’t the right path
- Why failure isn’t failure when God is using it to guide you
- 3 practical steps you can start doing today to move toward your purpose
Remember that God isn’t wasting this season of your life. Even the small steps matter, and He is faithful to guide you as you seek Him.
If this episode encourages you, be sure to subscribe and share it with another mom who might need this reminder today.

88 | The Power of Choice: How Christian SAHM's Can Let Go of Control and Choose Peace
Wednesday Mar 11, 2026
Wednesday Mar 11, 2026
Hi mama,
Do you feel weighed down by things you can’t control? Holding onto grudges, feeling frustrated, or just stuck in a negative mindset?
In this episode, we play a simple game of “Would You Rather?” to explore a powerful truth: you have a choice. You can choose bitterness or peace, victimhood or growth, negativity or gratitude.
As Christian mamas, it’s easy to try to control everything and carry the weight of it all. But God reminds us in Deuteronomy 30:19 that He has set before us life and death—and we get to choose life.
Let’s talk about what that choice looks like in everyday motherhood and how choosing differently can bring more peace, joy, and freedom into your life.

86 | Mom Check-In: Are You Protecting Your Vision? How Are Your Boundaries?
Wednesday Mar 04, 2026
Wednesday Mar 04, 2026
Hi mama,
We’re already in March - two months into 2026! Are you on track with the vision you set in January?
In this episode, we revisit what vision really means: not just the ability to see, but the ability to think about and plan your future with imagination and wisdom. A clear vision gives your life direction, purpose, and meaning. Without it, you’re packing for a trip with no destination.
If you’re not where you hoped to be by now, this episode will help you identify what’s been distracting or hindering your progress and what adjustments need to be made.
We also dive into boundaries: what they are, why they matter, and how they protect your vision. Boundaries define where you end and someone else begins. They are not selfish; they are essential. Drawing from the book Boundaries, we explore personal responsibility, consequences, respect, proactivity, and clearly communicating your limits.
It’s time to review your vision.
Refocus your direction.
Reinforce your boundaries.
Because the vision is for an appointed time and it will come to pass!

Hi mama,
As we begin a new month, we’re talking about journaling! A simple but powerful habit that helps you process emotions, reduce stress, and grow spiritually. Research from the University of Texas at Austin shows that writing about your thoughts and feelings can improve mental well-being and even support physical health.
We also look at what Scripture shows us through the book of Psalms — honest, raw prayers poured out before God. Christian author Donald Whitney reminds us that journaling slows us down and helps us think and feel more deeply about the Lord.
This episode will show you how to start journaling in a simple, realistic way with absolutely no pressure, just progress. One page at a time.

Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
Wednesday Feb 25, 2026
Hi mama,
In this episode, we talk about the mental fog so many stay-at-home moms carry. “Mom brain” is real, but so are the added layers of constant phone use, multitasking, lack of rest, and never slowing down. Over time, the clutter in our schedules becomes clutter in our minds and spirits.
Instead of shame, this is an invitation to acknowledge what’s not working, forgive yourself, and bring it to God.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or foggy, you’re not failing. You may just need to mend some fences and invite God back into the center of your day.

Hi mama,
Do you ever get so caught up in the daily rhythms of mom life that you forget why you’re doing what you’re doing? The days move quickly, and time passes whether we’re intentional or not. As Christian stay-at-home moms, we need regular moments to step back, lift our eyes, and get perspective.
In this episode, I’m sharing the idea of having a monthly meeting with God, a dedicated time to pray, worship, reflect, journal, and invite the Holy Spirit to speak. It’s a chance to review the past month, notice patterns, celebrate growth, and surrender the areas where we’re striving in our own strength. Rooted in Galatians 3:2–5, we’re reminded that we began by the Spirit, and we can’t finish this journey by human effort alone.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or distracted this episode will encourage you to slow down, seek Him intentionally, and trust that real change happens through His Spirit and not your striving.

Hi mama,
In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about feeling “off” and what to do when you feel weary about everything.
If you’ve been:
- Feeling extra tired for days
- Questioning your decisions
- Wondering if you’re doing too much
- Struggling to balance faith, family, and responsibilities
- Trying to be a “good Christian mom” but running on empty
This episode is your reminder to pause and do a heart check.
Instead of pushing through exhaustion, we talk about seeking God first and asking the deeper questions that lead to clarity and peace.
You’ll be encouraged through Scripture (Philippians 1:6, Psalm 23:1-3, Psalm 42:5, Matthew 7:7-11) and reminded that:
- Hard seasons of motherhood are not wasted.
- Just because something feels hard doesn’t mean you’re outside God’s will.
- God is developing you, even in the unseen, ordinary days at home.
If you need encouragement, mama, this episode is for you.
